Welcome to Grange Park Primary School, where our motto is creating foundations for bright futures. At our school, we foster a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to find their own voice and grow as a person, while developing a lifelong love for learning. For us, a bright future is not just what children go on to achieve academically, but it’s one where they have high aspirations for themselves, build strong relationships and are happy and confident to follow their own paths.
"My children are happy here. The school helps children to become well-rounded and kind people. The teachers are excellent, caring and know the children well. I feel like they really care about them. There are so many opportunities for my children to have rich experiences in the form of a wide range of extracurricular activities, forest school and so much more. I am pleased that, whilst academic teaching is strong, there is just as much emphasis placed on non-academic subjects and skills and these are valued just as much which is very important in my view".
"At Grange Park, we stand together - driven by passion and guided by purpose - to ensure every child who walks through our doors is given the very best start in life."
"I love Grange Park because all of the teachers give us amazing support and they are incredibly kind. We get to use lots of fun equipment and are taught well."
The teachers are phenomenal! The variety of playgrounds, the multitude of activities, clubs and excellent opportunities that are presented to the children are fantastic. Can’t fault it!
The values and ethos of the school are embodied by all the classroom teaching staff. I see the kindness and empathy they demonstrate bought to practice by the children through the interactions between children themselves. It's really heart warming!
The children are really engaged across a wide variety of topics. The teachers really strive to enhance the children's learning by using different teaching techniques. Resilience is a key ethos of the school.
The school is warm and welcoming. There are a range of trips and opportunities for all children. There is so much effort put into events by the school eg, Christmas Fair. The Extend after school club is great! The teaching of phonics is very well done here, as the progress seen is fantastic. The workshops in the school and all of the organised trips really bring the learning to life. It is wonderful to see the Headteacher at the gates every morning to welcome and speak to students.
